Short Explanation About the Power of Sexual Energy (Jing) & How it Helps Your Life Force (Chi)
༄ Satya.
༄ I’m not saying you have to swear to be an authentic healer. In fact, I’m not saying you have to act like anything at all. What’s important here — is that you show up as your authentic self.
༄ What naturally flows out?
༄ What expression feels safe for your authentic body?
༄ It’s important to develop a balanced relationship with your voice. Satya ~ It means truthfulness. Not just with others and the world, but with ourself. (Ie: Svadhyaya ~ Self-Study)
༄ My authentic self includes swearing here & there ~ a cultural atmosphere I picked up on from a young age (growing with a family of goofballs who swore as a an expression of humor and playfulness. Swearing also comes out in the form of empowerment. (Ex: “YES, honey you better go get that mf bag!”).
༄ It’s the same with my use of ghetto slang. Any judging eye would never guess that
I graduated from a Four-Year University, but instead perceive that as a lack of literacy when, really— it is an conscious communication style I feel comfortable speaking with B/C it connects me deeper to the roots, my ancestors, and prevents me from white-washing my own voice & completely taking on the language of my oppressors.
༄ As healers, we are walking others back home to their own hearts. We are not healing them, but simply walking beside them as they heal their self. We are reflecting back to the them the self-healer that already exists within. We are sparking remembrance.
༄ Our reflection is our greatest teacher, so if we are neglecting our authentic self, we are teaching others to do the same.
༄ I personally resonate with @sahdsimones style of expression because it’s fierce and REAL. It may not be everyone’s style—But one can learn to give that style a chance simply BECAUSE it’s authentic. I was raised by powerful, hardworking, strong and sassy wombyn so, naturally, a style like Sah’s feels like home to me.
༄ When grounded reverence & inner child play join in harmony, the Authentic Healer is born. Let’s open our throat and keep it REAL so we can authentically HEAL.
༄ (And ya’ll already know I had to start this video off with a lil message to my Wombyn on here)
Hahaha, love y’all 💌❤️
