Coming to learn that spiritual energy is scientifically measurable….
I became passionate about acquiring the full truth of our purpose, who God (or Source, our Creator) is, and how we can remain in the ever lasting love of Gahd, in service to his vision and the greater collective.
It never mattered to me who the best priest in all of the religious communities was or what the best guru in all of the spiritual communities had to say — As, how my heart has always seen it: the Most High Creator who watches over all is the only one with all the answers and understands the love he created better than anyone.
I wondered about Gahd’s masterpiece, and how we could unite all religions in the name of our Creators plan for love and union — rather than using religious constructs, superstitions, and fear tactics to to divide us, cause us to fight over “God” stubbornly, and turn against each other as if we are more deserving of God’s love than our neighbor, simply because we have another piece of the puzzle.
The only text that was able to break all these illusions for me was —
— THE QURAN, a text for mankind. Not Muslims. Not Asians. Not Africans.
Mankind!
It is the only universal text I’ve seen that acknowledges all facets of life and does not quiver in delivering the whole truth, unlike other religions which often neglect the mentioning of (or shame the existence of) certain topics in the name of fear or ignorance.
And it is why, today, I practice Islamic Monotheism
— Which is the belief that there is one Supreme Being (Gahd) who created all of existence — including the angels, deities and androgynous god(desses) that guard and guide humans on the earth, and Earth herself..
The reason I believe in this one God is because I believe in One-ness.
Again, after reading about religions I became aware of the many overlapping philosophies, archetypes, and anecdotes that mirror each other across the texts.
I also considered the effects of colonization, dark witchcraft, and the aftermath of war and poverty and how that led to the alterations of our original scriptures —
Using more segregative religious texts to omit the truth while fabrications were created to confuse colonized minds about the truth of human purpose, the story of creation, and God’s true vision for earth and the true limitless nature of his abilities.
Ever since my spiritual awakening at a young age, I have been visited by God(desses) of all different cultures and religions who seem to all preach the same of message “Oneness” and “Interconnectedness” between all humans on earth regardless of ethnicity.
This challenges the idea of race that was developed as a social construct to keep us all divided and ignorant to the fact that we are most powerful when we all come together to unite.
My inspiration to devote myself to Islamic Monotheism came from, of course — Gahd’s undeniable presence and guidance in my life that led me some of the most important revelations of my life, but also The Quran: The only text God gave us that seems to make sense of the WHOLE picture as it relates to all religions as a guide for humankind.
Islamic Monotheism is the only path that provides the scientific blueprint of how to survive in the spirit world — a realm not often talked about in religion, demonized as a whole, or fabricated in church as “catching the Holy Spirit” without any real knowledge or respect for the spirit world or reverence towards where that energy comes from—
And a healthy relationship with the spirit world is crucial for us to deepen our connection with Gahd — because he knows that our connection to his Source of Love is to be accessed through our Over Soul, a place of self union we can only reach by acknowledging and integrating the spirit.
Our relationship to our Creator is beyond the physical terrestrial plane that perishes over time, extending into the spiritual, astral, and celestial planes that live on indefinitely — forever connecting us with Source despite our body’s destined decay.
This text, (the Quran), along with the Book of Knowledge, helped me to understand Cosmic Law, God’s true will and plan for Mankind, and what really matters in this modern world at this time:
Honoring and carrying out Gahd’s plan to reign over the planet with love, rather than using religion to fight one God against the other.
This preordained plan to sustain the earth with love through steadfast prayer/recitation, selfless deeds and unifying believers all over the world to spread the message of unity —
— Helped washed all of those uncertainties away because it became clear that the only being worthy of praise and worthy of praying to is the Most High Creator
— Allah —
The strongest handheld of the spirit world, who is honored and revered by all angels, deities and god(desses) we know of today in the New Age Community.
I am blessed to have spent the years that I did sitting in the silence of nature and investigating the truth of religion by keeping my mind open to all avenues.
It later showed me my devotion to truth of humankind and where we all as ONE — come from.
Today — Much of my religious rhetoric is rooted in Islamic Monotheism (the Quran & Book of Knowledge), the 7 African Powers (Orishas), and Ancient Egyptian philosophy (Book of the Dead) mainly for staying connected to the truth of…
Cosmic Law
New Earth
Recovery from Ancestral Trauma
The Divinity of Melanin (the history of our original Root Race)
Protection from dark magic through prayer
A Strong Faith built to repel and deflect against all evil lingering in unseen realms
A deep remembrance of the fact that Allah Created EVERYTHING (even the evil that has bred: which is why they have no power over him, and why love will always win)…
So we may burst through the shadows of fear, shine a big bright light on the truth of why we are here, honor our Creator with gratitude for all blessings and lessons and restore our belief in the unseen realms that affect us everyday so we are prepared before we are sent on the journey of life beyond death.

“WHAT STARTED YOUR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY?”
My spiritual awakening began my senior year of Highschool, in 2015. I was in a very dark place at the time—Between struggling to find loyal friendships and discovering the depths of my consciousness in a sea of ego-driven teens, my mental loneliness drove me to spend some time soul searching. That is when I found Yoga & Meditation. After one day of exploring these outlets, I went to bed and fell into a deep sleep. The next morning, I was immersed in the spiritual realm and saw my very first apparition (spirit). Thankfully, I was unafraid and able to digest the experience with an open-mind. This experience completely changed my perception of life and what I considered to be ‘real” in this world. Ever since that day, I became glued to the library and took a deep dive into any and all educational books I could find on quantum physics, energy medicine, spirituality, the chakras, self-development and more! Three years later I was inspired to pursue my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training & Reiki Level I Certification in Upstate NY.
“why did you REINTRODUCE animal-PRODUCTS BACK INTO YOUR diet after 4 years of veganism?”
I pursued veganism for four reasons— #1 To improve my health, #2 to protect the environment from factory farm emissions, #3 to alleviate animal cruelty and #4 to cleanse my spirit of the suffering I was consuming—from the bodies of animals who died harsh deaths. As an advocate of self-love and the idea that the love we give to others and the world is only as strong as the love we have for self— I prioritized my health as the #1 Reason for my switch to a plant-based diet. Towards the end of my fourth year on the Vegan diet, my body began to reject this eating lifestyle — (naturally, as I learned later that human beings are omnivores — meaning they need meat and plants to survive) —and I was faced with some serious health challenges that were weakening my livelihood. After becoming connected with some trusted healthcare professionals and mentors, a whole new world of information surrounding nutrition was exposed to me. I was taught about the importance of gut health and its correlation to mental health, diversifying your eating lifestyles, and the dangers of processed, imitation meats. Once I realized incorporating animal products back into my diet would save my health, (and it has)—I found more conscious ways to reintegrate animal products into my diet: This included sourcing from organic, antibiotic-free, sustainable farms that prioritize a healthy, loving life for the animals while they are alive and longer prayers over my food to express my gratitude for the animal’s sacrifice. Even though it was an emotional experience for me to purchase piece of salmon for the first time after four years of veganism, I knew to stay true to my health no matter whose ‘fad’ it went against as adjustments to new eating lifestyle should never be about but the effectiveness it has to heal your body. I knew that in order to inspire others to live a healthy lifestyle—I had to be truthful about the nature of our existence as omnivores, and implement that logic into my life by embodying that healthiest eating lifestyle I could possibly create for myself.
“How long have you been writing music and what inspired you to create songs?”
I have been writing music for four years, since October of 2018. My inspiration to write came to me during, yet again, a challenging time in my life in which I experienced one of my first series of romantic heartbreaks. Music was the creative outlet that helped me to express my feelings, share my truth, and ultimately to heal emotionally—which helped me to make peace with my painful experiences as I surrendered to the important life lessons they had to teach me. This also brought me closer to my relationship with God, which my songs quickly began to reflect the more I would call on Source to help me through these difficult times. My journey with music has been one of transmutation — Alchemizing my pain into power by expressing my truth, embracing the multidimensionality of that expression, and recognizing my divine creativity as a gift from God — who I knew deserved to be honored throughout the messages all of my music to come.

“WHY ARE YOU AN ADVOCATE FOR SENSUAL EMPOWERMENT?”
Hand placement- Yoni Mudra
I am an advocate for sensual empowerment because I am an advocate for balancing the 7 chakras of the body. The sacral chakra is the center of pleasure, sexuality, sensuality, emotional stability and creativity. When we carry shame, guilt or pain in this center-- it disturbs the energetic flow of the sacral chakra and becomes a detrimental threat to the pelvic floor, our hormonal glands and our sex organs (the prostate or ovaries). Both the holiness of sex and the importance of developing a healthy relationship with our sensuality and sexuality is openly acknowledged by Buddhist Masters and taught to the youth of their communities at an early age— to foster a healthy introduction to sexual energy, teach them how to cultivate a healthy sacral chakra, and enlighten them of the importance of protecting their vital life force. Because sexuality is often shamed across cultures— due to the oversexualization faced by both men and women and a toxic dating, relationship and sex culture— I find it extremely important to advocate for sensual empowerment in a way that remembers sexuality as sacred, that celebrates the pleasure of intercourse as much as it does the procreation, and honors the sacral chakra as the rejuvenation center that--literally-- feeds the rest of our bodies life force so we can live long, healthy, sustainable, and fruitful, confident lives..
How do you separate your embrace of different cultures from appropriation?
As an African American woman with deep roots in the native Cherokee tribe, I have always been deeply interested in getting to know all of my roots. After a deep spiritual awakening that catapulted me into the angelic realm in 2015, I’ve been contacted by a number of spirits from all different cultures and religions who came bearing similar messages of our Oneness with each other and nature. Because I am careful not to wear spirituality as a badge and consider myself to be a humble student to the world of religion, I do not view my embrace of different cultures as appropriation as I hold a deep respect in my heart for not only the customs and beliefs of each religion but of the challenges they face as it relates to misrepresentation, gentrification, financial disparities, colonization, the breaking of treaties and unlawful invasions onto their land. I believe knowledge and wisdom is more powerful when shared and passed down. Because appropriation of culture lacks mindfulness and an appreciation of culture embodies mindfulness— I am able to empathize with the need to preserve certain knowledge for the sake of community safety, keeping sacred traditions alive, reducing appropriation to discourage misinformation and preventing deforestation or the endangerment of other resources due to gentrification. In the same way—I believe that: If we truly believe we are “One” as a species and collective — that no one who seeks this knowledge from a place of genuine compassion and an eager desire to learn, embrace and pass along the beauty of a culture to those who receive it— should be deemed unworthy of learning and integrating these practices into their own lives.
