My name is Monét Wooding and I am a Multidimensional Healer.

While some people know me as a Certified Movement Instructor, others know me as a Reiki Master. While many know me as an Sexual Healing Coach, some know me as Phd Student pursuing Quantum Health & Bioenergetic Medicine.

ALL of these people are absolutely correct. I AM an embodiment of all of these roles and this is what makes my healing Multidimensional.

So — What Is An Apothecary?

Many definitions refer to an Apothecary as the actual Alchemist who brews medicines & distributes them to their community.

Others know the Apothecary to be an ancient reference to the physical Collection of the medicines themselves: The Dispensary itself.

I know the Apothecary to be BOTH.

We ARE the Apothecary because, like all human vessels, our bodies are constantly healing themselves: Building energy, storing energy and breaking energy down. Our bodies create their OWN medicine.

At the same time the Apothecary IS the inventory itself. It IS the Yoni Steams, The Smoking Blends, The Herbal Bath Mixtures etc… But it is much more than that.

Medicine Is Not Limited To That Which Can Be Physically Ingested In The Form Of Capsules, Oils & Powders. It Extends Beyond Digestives & Into The Mental, Emotional & Energetic Layers.

This Is Why Medicine Also Takes Form As Meditation, Movement, Pranayama (Breathwork), Music, Community & Self-Love. THESE are the inedible, yet POTENT medicines stored in the depths of Mama Gaia’s Apothecary.

Why? Because there are just some things Ashwaganda can’t do for stagnant joints that need to be relieved through movement — Just like there are some things Turmeric can’t do for someone whose anxiety needs to be relieved through breathwork or sound therapy.
